Terms and Conditions - Way2Recruit: Recruiting & Staffing Solutions

  1. Scope of Services: Way2Recruit provides recruiting and staffing solutions to clients in India. These services include permanent recruitment, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), human resource outsourcing (HRO), and contractual hiring/staffing.

  2. Engagement Agreement: Clients engaging with Way2Recruit agree to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. This includes details on the scope of services, fees, and any additional terms relevant to the chosen service.

  3. Confidentiality: Way2Recruit respects the confidentiality of client information. All sensitive data, including but not limited to company details, candidate information, and proprietary processes, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

  4. Fee Structure: Fees for Way2Recruit's services are agreed upon in advance and are outlined in the engagement agreement. Fees may vary based on the type and scope of services provided.

  5. Payment Terms: Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms specified in the engagement agreement. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of services until outstanding payments are settled.

  6. Candidate Placements: Way2Recruit strives to provide suitable candidates based on client requirements. However, the final decision regarding candidate selection rests with the client. Placement fees are applicable upon successful hiring and are outlined in the engagement agreement.

  7. Duration of Services: The duration of services varies depending on the agreed-upon scope. For contractual hiring and staffing, the duration is typically defined by the project or assignment timeline. For permanent recruitment and other services, the engagement agreement specifies the expected duration.

  8. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Termination fees, if applicable, will be detailed in the agreement.

  9. Compliance: Way2Recruit operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in India. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

  10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the engagement will be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If resolution is not achieved, the matter will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
